Neighborhood's description: Los Condes is located in the west side of Santiago and together with Providencia it represents the financial and comercial center of the city. In the neighborhood there is the Military School and most of diplomatic representations (embassies, consulates, residences) accredited in Chile. Also, most of sports stadiums are located here as well as the Chilean World Trade Center.

Accommodation's description: The house is located 4 blocks away from the Metro. It is a big house, with a bedroom and a private bathroom for guests, a fully equipped kitchen, backyard, living room and dining room. There's cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Shares with: Marcela (1971) she is a housewife and lives with Alfredo (1955). They have 4 children: Maglio (1982), Matías (1998), Camila (2001) and Sebastián (2005). Maglio doesn't live in the house anymore.The family likes to walk and play tennis

Room's description: It is in an apartment that faces the inside of the block. It is a confortable room, with private bathroom. It has a single bed, a night table, a closet, a desk and a chair.

Accommodation description: The students residence is located in the same building the school is, but it has an independent entrance. It has wide rooms and it is well lit. It has 3 rooms, a living room, a small kitchen and a big terrace that is shared with the shool students. It has Wi-Fi. Bed linen and weekly cleaning is offered to guests. It is located 2 blocks away from the Baquedano Metro, an important place of the city.
